Terms of Service

1. The service

SaySol ("we", "us") provides real-time AI voice translation and dubbing for live streams, events and online meetings (the "Service"). SaySol is operated as an individual business based in Thailand. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase paid plans.

3. Minutes, subscriptions and payment

• Translation usage is measured in minutes. Prepaid minutes are deducted as you use the Service; translating into multiple languages simultaneously consumes minutes at a higher rate, which is shown before you go live.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or that you do not have the rights to broadcast. You are solely responsible for the content of your streams and for complying with the rules of any third-party platform you restream to. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. AI-generated output

Translations and synthetic voices are generated automatically by AI and may contain errors. The Service is provided for communication convenience and should not be relied upon where a certified human translation is required (e.g. legal or medical settings).

6. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is" during early access. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify features and pricing; material pricing changes will be announced in advance and never reduce minutes you have already purchased.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the content of user streams.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Thailand.
