Refund Policy

Prepaid minutes (top-ups)

• Unused prepaid minutes are fully refundable within 14 days of purchase — just email us.
• Minutes that have already been used for translation are non-refundable.
• Partially used top-ups are refunded pro-rata for the unused portion within the 14-day window.

Subscriptions

• You can cancel your subscription at any time; it remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew.
• If you were charged in error, or cancelled within 48 hours of an accidental renewal without using minutes in the new period, we will refund that charge in full.

Service problems

If a technical failure on our side ruined your live session, contact us within 7 days — we will re-credit the affected minutes, and where appropriate refund them.

How to request

Email satayutata@gmail.com from your account email with your receipt or transaction date. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days.
