1. What we collect

• Account data: email address, display name, and plan/billing status.
• Payment data: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Stream audio: your live audio is processed in real time to produce transcription, translation and dubbed speech. Audio is processed transiently for this purpose; recordings are only stored when you enable the recording feature, and they belong to you.
• Usage data: minutes used, languages selected, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use it

We use this data to provide the Service, bill you correctly, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your stream content to advertise to you.

3. Processors we rely on

We use trusted infrastructure and service providers — including payment processing (Stripe), cloud hosting/CDN and AI speech providers — solely to operate the Service. Each processes data only as needed for its function.

4. Retention

Account and billing records are kept while your account exists and as required by Thai tax law. Transient stream audio is not retained after processing; your saved recordings are kept until you delete them or close your account.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account removes personal data except records we are legally required to keep. This policy is designed to align with Thailand's PDPA and the EU GDPR.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies (login session, security). No third-party advertising cookies.
